At Banditsports, we stand behind our gear; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the sports gear you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt to monitor the return journey to our warehouse.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our team inspects the equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
